Is the Single Notice a subscription?
No. It is a one-time $7.99 payment for one notice. Premium unlocks for the first notice you download it for, and you can edit and re-download that notice for 30 days.
Is there a free trial that auto-bills?
No. Landlord Pro is billed once a year and you can cancel anytime with "Manage subscription". It does not renew at a higher price.
Do I need an account?
No. After checkout you get a licence key. Premium unlocks on this device automatically; enter the key to unlock another device.
Does paying make the notice legally valid?
No. Paid and free notices use the same wording and rules. Premium adds documents and record-keeping. Whether a notice is valid depends on your facts, your state and how you serve it.
Can I get a refund?
If Premium isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of payment for a full refund.
