Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
This policy explains what EvictionNoticeMaker (EvictionNoticeMaker (operated by [Company legal name], UAE)) collects and why. Short version: the notice details you type (names, addresses, amounts, signatures) stay on your device.
Notice data
The notice builder runs entirely in your browser. Names, addresses, amounts, lease violations and signatures you enter are used to build the PDF or Word file on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. To save you retyping, your last entries (without the signature image), a random draft ID and a count of PDFs made in the last hour are stored in your browser's local storage. You can delete them with "Start a new notice", with the "Delete my data" button below, or by clearing your browser data.
Contact form
If you contact us, we receive your name, email address and message so we can reply. We keep this correspondence for up to 24 months and don't sell it or use it for advertising.
Files
We never store your files on our servers. Every PDF and Word notice, proof of service page and calendar reminder is generated in your browser and downloaded straight to your device.
Premium
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. When you buy a Single Notice or Landlord Pro we keep a minimal licence record on our server: a random licence key, the Stripe checkout, customer and subscription IDs, plan, status and renewal date, and for a Single Notice the random draft ID it is tied to. It contains no tenant details, no notice text and no files. We set one strictly necessary, signed cookie (enm_lic) so your device remembers the licence.
Landlord Pro "save" features are opt-in and stay on your device: saved properties and tenants (form fields only, up to 100) and your notice log (up to 500 entries) are kept in your browser's local storage and are never uploaded to us. Export the log as CSV if you want a backup.
Retention and deletion
- Licence records are deleted automatically 30 days after your subscription ends, or 60 days after a Single Notice licence is first used.
- Rate limiting uses a one-way hash of your IP address, held in memory for a few minutes only. Usage logs contain daily counts, never names, form fields or file contents.
- Stripe webhook logs keep only event IDs and types.
- You can delete everything below at any time; data on your device is removed immediately.
Delete my data
Removes saved properties and tenants, your notice log and the form draft from this browser, and deletes your licence record from our server if your subscription has ended (or for a Single Notice licence).
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand which pages and features are used, so we can improve them. It collects pseudonymous usage data: pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, referrer, and events such as "notice generated" (notice type, state and file format only), "upgrade clicked", "checkout started" and "purchase" (plan, price and Stripe session ID). We never send names, addresses, amounts, notice contents or file names to Google. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for up to 2 years; we don't use advertising features, and ad storage is always off.
EEA, UK and Switzerland: analytics cookies stay off until you click "Accept" on our cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). Your choice is saved in your browser; clear it with "Delete my data" below to see the banner again. Elsewhere (including the US), analytics is on by default; you can opt out at any time with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, by blocking cookies, or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser where supported.
The only other cookie is the strictly necessary Premium licence cookie described above. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and abuse prevention, for a limited period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA, or the EU/UK under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Email support@evictionnoticemaker.com. We don't sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Children
This service is not directed at children under 16.
